Owner/Advisor

Richard is the owner of Pasco Advisors, LLC and Pasco Tax Advisory Group, LLC. He graduated cum laude from Connecticut State University with a Bachelors degree in Finance. He was his graduating class’ Treasurer, and in his senior year was given the “Excellence in Finance Award” by the Dean of the University and the Chairman of the School of Business.Richard worked as a Financial Analyst for Midland Bank in London (now HSBC), and returned to Vernon and worked as a Financial Auditor for Fleet Bank (now Bank of America) and as a Senior Analyst for the Travelers. Since 1995, he has worked independently in greater Hartford and western Massachusetts specializing in Retirement and Estate Planning, and has been a strict advocate of a conservative investment philosophy.

Richard resides in Enfield, CT with his wife and two sons. He was a member of the Town of Enfield Ethics Commission from 2003 – 2009 and the Ethics Commission Chairman from 2007 – 2009.

Glenn Zawadski is a graduate of the University of Hartford with a Bachelor of Science in Business – Accounting Major and former CPA – West Virginia, former member of The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and WV State Society of CPA’s. Glenn has a diverse accounting and auditing background from over 40 years in private and public industries.
